The firm brings hands-on experience coordinating healthcare, institutional, industrial and government projects — spanning architecture design & interiors, DPR preparation, estimation, tendering and statutory approvals — now applied across structural, MEP, landscape, urban planning and environmental work for clients anywhere in the world.

Is the first consultation really free?
Yes. The first call or video appointment is free and carries no obligation. It exists to understand your requirement before anything is quoted.
Do you take projects in other cities or outside India?
Yes. We're based in India and work with clients across the country and abroad. Most coordination happens over call, video and shared drawings, with site support planned as the project requires.
Do you provide your services only online?
No. Along with our online services, we also visit the site — wherever your project is, in India or anywhere in the world.
What should I have ready before the call?
Whatever you have — a plot size, a sketch, existing drawings, photos, or just an idea. If you have nothing yet, that's fine; the call is meant to work that out.
How are fees decided?
After the first call we send a written scope and proposal covering the disciplines involved, deliverables and timeline. Fees depend on the project's scale and scope — nothing is charged before you agree.
Can we talk in Hindi or another language?
Absolutely. We work in Hindi, English and Gujarati, and will accommodate your preferred language when you get in touch.
